SALL MULD 1.1 3Y – 52.2%

Sall Whisky has released their first whisky in their new whisky series – MULD 1.1, which has aged in ex-bourbon casks for 3 years before being bottled at 52.2%.

The whisky here is, released in a new organic Single Malt and Single Farm Whisky, on their 5th birthday on 24.11.2023. It is also the beginning of a new trinity from Sall Whisky; a series of three different styles that have been given the names: MULD, PEAT & GLOW

There is always full traceability from the individual bottling from Sall Whisky to the individual field. MULD is Single Malt & Single Farm Whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks. MULD 1.1 is the first release in this series. The first “1” refers to the style (MULD) and “1” refers to the specific batch of MULD.

NB: In addition to this Sall MULD 1.1, we have together with Sall Whisky, filled a cask with their Peated Newmake on 23-04-2021. The cask that Newmaken is filled on is from our Auchroisk 9-year-old 1st Fill Port bottling. The cask share, which we sell in collaboration with Sall Whisky, can be found here.
