THE GIN Black Old Tom is a sweeter Gin (Old Tom style) without added sugar, it is the added botanicals that give a nice sweetness to the gin.
THE GIN Black Old Tom is vapor infused with selected wonderful botanicals and it has a characteristic taste of juniper, coriander, black currant, vanilla, black pepper and a few secret botanicals.
The aim is for it to have an alcohol percentage of just around 45% so that it is absolutely perfect for either a Tom Colins drinks or together with a completely classic Tonic.
