Arran Peated 8Y (1st Fill Ex Bourbon) – 59.7%

Our cask of Arran Peated (20 PPM) is bottled at 59.7% after it has aged in a 1^st Fill Ex Bourbon Barrel for 8 years (just over 7 years on Lochranza). The cask yielded 173 bottles, of which 152 bottles have been sold in cask shares, and the rest are sold here in the shop and in our physical store.

Furthermore, in August 2023, approx. 50L has been spent on filling a 2^nd Fill PX Sherry Octave cask, which it is possible to buy cask shares in here at the shop. The Octave cask, has previously been used for one of our Glenrothes 11 year bottlings, which has got 12 months on this particular sherry cask.

In the glass of this Arran Peated 1^st Fill Ex Bourbon Barrel, there are thin tears that just get heavier and heavier as they gather, and finally slide into the glass.
